Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology with which only persons who have the right to enter a prescribed area are allowed to enter the prescribed area. This information processing system assists a store which has, as a store entry condition for visitors, or as a condition for products being taken out by the visitors, the fact of belonging to a prescribed university. A student registration management unit 102 of a server 1 registers student information including at least authentication information (a student number or the like) which authenticates that a visitor belongs to a prescribed university. A store entry processing control unit 146 of a store terminal 2 uses the confirmation (confirmation by a registration confirmation unit 144, and confirmation by existence confirmation information) of a user based on the authentication information, as a condition for permitting execution of store entry processing for allowing entry of the visitor into the store or allowing a product to be taken out from the store.
