Abstract:
To provide a blood glucose level spike improving agent and a blood glucose level improving composition, which gently increase blood glucose level in a case of low blood glucose level and gently reduce blood glucose level in a case of high blood glucose level so as to actively normalize blood glucose level for improving blood glucose level spike and borderline diabetes, improving hypoglycemia, improving postprandial sleepiness, malaise, headache, poor concentration and poor judgment which are caused by hypoglycemia and blood glucose level spike, and also gently improving hyperglycemia.SOLUTION: A blood glucose spike improving agent and a blood glucose level improving composition have a synergistic effect of Lactobacillus delbrueckii LAB4 lactic acid bacteria and low GI hydrophilic foods which gently increase blood glucose level in a case of hypoglycemia and gently reduce blood glucose level in a case of hyperglycemia so as to actively normalize blood glucose level for improving blood glucose level spike and borderline diabetes, improving hypoglycemia, improving postprandial sleepiness, malaise, headache, poor concentration and poor judgment caused by hypoglycemia and blood glucose level spike, and also gently improving hyperglycemia.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
