Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile knitted sock less likely to cause pilling (fuzzball).SOLUTION: A sock is formed by knitting a toe part, an instep part, a bottom part, a heel part, a leg part, and an opening part with knitting yarns and an elastic yarn. At least the instep part 12 and the bottom part 13 have a pile knitted texture using a knitting yarn 21 having excellent pilling resistance and a staple knitting yarn 22 as front yarns, and an elastic yarn 23 as a back side yarn. The knitting yarn having the excellent pilling resistance is located at an outermost side of the pile knitted textile outer surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
