Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper manufacturing method that can accurately detect the number of waist elastic members provided in the diaper, the disposable diaper that is provided with patterns in an area overlapping with a waist elastic member of a back sheet.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper manufacturing method comprises an inspection step of detecting the number of waist elastic members. In a disposable diaper, the waist elastic members 10 are provided so as to extend in the width direction x and a waist stretching area 14 is formed. Patterns are given at least to the waist stretching area 14, and a plain part or a specific plain area 17 continuously extended and formed so as to cross the waist stretching area 14 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction y is provided in a back sheet 3. In the inspection step, light is transmitted to the specific plain area 17 while conveying the disposable diaper in the longitudinal direction y and the transmitted light is received, and thereby the number of the waist elastic members 10 provided at the waist stretching area 14 is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
