Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave gear reducer capable of improving a load torque performance and suppressing reduction of efficiency, and an actuator for a variable compression ratio device of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A wave gear reducer comprises: a flexible outer gear passing a reference pitch center and including a tool middle part of outer teeth of which the tooth surface is formed flat, a tooth top part of outer teeth closer to a tooth top than the tooth middle part, and a tooth bottom part of outer teeth closer to a tooth bottom than the tooth middle part; a rigid inner hear passing the reference pitch circle, including a tooth middle part of inner teeth of which the tooth surface is formed flat, a tooth top part of inner teeth closer to a tooth top than the tooth middle part and a tooth bottom part of inner teeth closer to a tooth bottom than the tooth middle part of inner teeth, and being disposed in an outer periphery of the flexible outer gear; and a wave generator which radially bends the flexible outer gear, partially meshes it with the rigid inner gear and is rotated around a rotation axis, thereby moving a meshed portion in a circumferential direction. The tooth bottom part of outer teeth and the tooth top part of inner teeth include a line segment of an inner rolling cycloid trajectory of the flexible outer gear and further, the tooth top part of outer teeth and the tooth bottom part of inner teeth include a line segment of an outer rolling cycloid trajectory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
