Abstract:
To enable further cost reduction and reduction in assembly manhours, in a pipe flexural unit capable of properly executing flexural processing to a pipe without fearing the occurrence of wrinkles.SOLUTION: A pressure member 20 and a gripping member are connected by hinge joining around a rotary shaft, and a fitting part of a fitting projection part 22 fitted to a fitting recessed part is positioned on the front side in the advance direction of a pipe with respect to a flexural processing starting position of the pipe, and an abutting part between a first groove part of the gripping member and a second groove part 21 of the pressure member is positioned on the rear side in the advance direction of the pipe. The pressure member comprises a first member (20r) having a rotary support part 23 rotatably journaled by the rotary shaft, a second member (20s) detachably joined to this and having a second groove part 21, and a third member (20f) detachably joined to this second member and having a fitting projection part 22, and these are joined by a common fastening member (for example, a bolt).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
