Abstract:
To provide an electric power conversion device that does not need a power supply transformer to be provided striding across an insulation region.SOLUTION: A multilayer substrate 10 includes laminated wiring layers 101 and 102. A first circuit group includes a voltage conversion circuit 901 for obtaining an operating voltage Vc11 from a power supply voltage Vc1. A second circuit group includes a voltage conversion circuit 903 for obtaining an operating voltage Vc21 from a power supply voltage Vc2. The power supply voltages Vc1 and Vc2 are insulated from each other to be supplied from the outside of the multilayer substrate 10. In the wiring layer 101, a first region 101a where the wiring pattern of the first circuit group is arranged and a second region 101b where the wiring pattern of the second circuit group is arranged are separated by a third region 101c having insulation properties. Similarly, in the wiring layer 102, a first region 102a and a second region 102b are separated by a third region 102c. From the view in the lamination direction of the wiring layers 101 and 102, each of the first regions 101a and 102a does not overlap with any of the second regions 101b and 102b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
