Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transceiver which improves durability by preventing destruction of a piezoelectric element including silver electrodes, the ultrasonic transceiver being configured by adhering the piezoelectric element onto a bottom face of a bottomed cylindrical case.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transceiver comprises: a piezoelectric element 1; silver electrodes that are provided on both surfaces of the piezoelectric element 1 and configured by sintering conductive paste; a bottomed cylindrical case 2 adhering the piezoelectric element 1 including the silver electrodes on a bottom face and consisting of a metal or a resin; a lead wire 9 that is soldered to the silver electrodes; a sound absorption material 6 including a penetration hole through which the lead wire 9 is passed, and being installed so as to cover the piezoelectric element 1 including the silver electrodes; an encapsulation material 11 filling the bottomed cylindrical case 2 from an upper side of the sound absorption material 6; and a wire 12 connected to one end of the lead 9 for securing conduction with the outside. A surface of the silver electrode on a face adhered to the bottomed cylindrical case 2 is made uneven in such a manner that surface roughness Rz becomes 7 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
