Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more properly associate persons concerned sharing information upon implementing communication using a network regarding subjects receiving services of professionals.SOLUTION: In a communication system 1, a support person visits to a medical institution accompanying a patient, which in turn, legitimacy of a relation between a patient and the support person is secured, and by direct communication thanks to an interview of the patient and the support person with a medical care staff member, legitimacy of a relation between the patient and the support person with the medical care staff member is secured. Further, on the basis of a participation application to a communication site issued to the support person from the medical care staff member, the support person invites the medical care staff member to the communication site, which in turn, legitimacy of a relation relative to the patient of the medical care staff member participating in the communication site is secured. Thus, regarding an agent receiving services of professionals, persons concerned sharing information can be more properly associated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
