Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release agent for vulcanized rubber that provides all of excellent inserting properties, mold releasing properties, cleaning properties, application properties, and stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a release agent for vulcanized rubber containing: (I) polycarboxylic acid salts which are an alkali metal salt, an ammonium salt, and/or an alkanol ammonium salt of a bi- to tetra-valent polycarboxylic acid having 5 to 22 carbon atoms; and (II) at least one alkylene oxide compound selected from the group consisting of a polyamine alkylene oxide adduct (II-i) in which alkyleneoxy groups are ethyleneoxy groups and/or propyleneoxy groups, the average addition molar number for one alkylene oxide chain is 1 to 350 respectively, and the total of average addition molar number of alkyleneoxy groups is 20 to 700, a polyalkylene glycol (II-ii) in which alkyleneoxy groups are ethyleneoxy groups and/or propyleneoxy groups, and the average addition molar number of alkyleneoxy groups is 15 to 600, a glycerol fatty acid ester alkylene oxide adduct (II-iii) in which alkyleneoxy groups are ethyleneoxy groups and/or propyleneoxy groups, the average addition molar number for one alkylene oxide chain is 1 to 149 respectively, the total of average addition molar number of alkyleneoxy groups is 20 to 150, the average addition molar number of ethyleneoxy groups is 15 to 150, and the average addition molar number of propyleneoxy groups is 0 to 50.SELECTED DRAWING: None
