Abstract:
A reception unit (110) transmits a packet indicating the reception rate of a communication counterpart. An estimation unit (120) estimates an available band at each time. A determination unit (130), on the basis of the reception rate, a previous estimated value of the available band, and a current estimated value of the available band, determines a guaranteed band of each communication flow in order of decreasing priority. A transmission unit (140) uses the current estimated value of the available band as a shaping rate, allocates the guaranteed band of each communication flow to each communication flow, and transmits a communication packet in each communication flow to the communication counterpart.
