Abstract:
To provide an article transport vehicle that is capable of shortening time required for correction of misalignment of a fork part against the loading position of an article without providing a target for detecting the distance from the article loading position on the loading side.SOLUTION: An article transport vehicle 10 includes: a travel dolly 14; a fork part 24 provided on the travel dolly 14; a link mechanism 23 that causes the fork part 24 to move going in and out; and a rotation table 21 that enables the fork part 24 to rotate within the horizontal surface. By the movement of the fork part 24 going in and out, a container 90 is loaded onto an article storage part 98. The rotation table 21, having a front side laser range finder 31 and a back side laser range finder 32 that detect the posture of the travel dolly 14 against a travel rail 96, rotates the fork part 24 at a position on the upper stream side than the stop position that the traveling dolly 14 targets by the amount of rotation of the fork part 24 to be corrected based on the detection result of the front side laser range finder 31 and the back side laser range finder 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
