Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time needed for changeover of a rotation plastic forming device and thereby improve the operation rate of the device.SOLUTION: A rotation plastic forming device has a spring clamp mechanism Q, a first piston R, and a second piston S. The spring clamp mechanism Q fixes a workpiece holding unit A to a rotation mechanism N with elastic force of a spring and releases fixture between the workpiece holding unit A and the rotation mechanism N when an oil pressure is supplied from the first piston R. The first piston R supplies an oil pressure to the spring clamp mechanism Q when pressed by the second piston S.
