PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box structure with improved maintainability of piping and a section around the piping.SOLUTION: A box structure is installed on outside of a common corridor of a dwelling unit and has a box (meter box 12) that opens at the bottom, an opening that enables piping (pipings 30) and equipment (equipment 40) disposed in the box to be repaired from the common corridor side, and a support mechanism (angle materials 62A, 62B) that detachably supports a placing floor (panel 70) to partially close the bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
