Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring device that can easily make optical adjustment and has a reduced size.SOLUTION: The optical measuring device includes: an optical waveguide unit, a synthesis unit, and an imaging unit. The optical waveguide unit has a light source, a branch part branching light emitted from the light source into an object wave to be applied to a measurement target and a reference wave to interfere with the object wave, a modulator modulating the phase of either one of the object wave and the reference wave formed by the division; and a converter converting the object wave and the reference wave into a spherical object wave and a spherical reference wave and outputting the spherical object wave and the spherical reference wave. The synthesis unit synthesizes the spherical object wave having penetrated or having been reflected from the measurement target and the spherical reference wave with each other. The imaging element receives the interference pattern of the light synthesized by the synthesis part as an electric signal and outputs the pattern to an electronic computer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
