Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam release pouch which has a simple configuration, has no concern about occurrence of refuse due to notching, accidental opening or wound of fingers, and capable of stably, surely releasing the steam generating in the pouch in the case of heating and cooking a pouch content together with the pouch by an electronic oven.SOLUTION: There is provided a rectangular steam release pouch comprising a laminate having a sealant layer using a plastic film as a substrate. The pouch is characterized in that numerous straight line-segment-shaped notches are arranged and carved zigzag parallel to a rectangular periphery on a part of both side heat-sealed rims, and two linear irregularities applied to the laminate toward the carved portion are provided in such a shape that a width narrows from the inside of a pouch trunk toward the outside thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
