Abstract:
To provide a wire processor capable of regulating the pressure of an internal space of a ladle body and lid when inserting a metal wire and processing it with the lid placed on the ladle body, such that no scattering occurs externally from a point the metal wire is inserted even if an intense reaction takes place due to a contact of the metal wire with the molten metal when performing a component adjustment process by attaching the lid onto the ladle body and inserting into a molten metal a metal wire that is a solid wire formed only of a material such as metallic magnesium or a coward wire such a material is tightly coated with a thin steel sheet.SOLUTION: A wire processor comprises a ladle body 1 internally receiving a molten metal 8 and a lid 2 covering an opening of the ladle body 1. The lid 2 is provided with an exhaust cylinder 3 for discharging out of the ladle body 1 a substance produced by supplying a metal wire W to the molten metal 8.
