Abstract:
To provide a component replenishment support method and a component replenishment support system in a component mounting line capable of preventing reduction of capacity utilization rate due to component shortage.SOLUTION: The component replenishment support method includes the steps of: predicting component shortage time on each part feeder; selecting a part feeder the component shortage time of which is between an alarm start time and an alarm consideration start time; starting a work from a time when a component replenishment work is completed in all part feeders of which the component shortage time is within the alarm start time, or a time when the component shortage time first reaches the alarm start time, whichever comes later, and predicting virtual work completion time of a selected feeder, assuming that the work is carried out in the earlier order; in a case when the component shortage time comes earlier than the virtual work completion time, starting the work from present time and predicting the work completion time of the selected feeder which works in the earlier order with regard to the part feeders within the alarm consideration start time (ST11); and when there is any selected feeder the component shortage time of which comes earlier than the work completion time (ST12,15), alarming man-hour shortage for the selected feeder (ST17).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
