Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of improving temperature compensation accuracy by reducing a measurement error of a parameter used for temperature compensation, and an oscillator, an electronic apparatus, a mobile and the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device 100 includes an oscillation circuit (OSC), a clock signal output circuit (CKOUT), a temperature compensation circuit (TCMP), a low potential side power supply pad (PAD1) supplied with low potential side power, a high potential side power supply pad (PAD2) supplied with high potential side power, a first power source line 50 supplying the low potential side power, and a second power source line 60 supplying the high potential side power. The first and second power source lines 50, 60 are provided along an inner periphery or an outer periphery of a circuit arrangement region 30. In a boundary region 34 between an arrangement region of the oscillation circuit and the clock signal output circuit and an arrangement region of the temperature compensation circuit, at least one of the first and second power source lines 50, 60 is separated by a discontinuous part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
