Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel capable of improving total characteristics including afterimage characteristics and radiation resistance on a scintillator layer.SOLUTION: A scintillator panel 10 includes: a support substrate 11 that transmits X-ray 16; and a scintillator layer 13 which is formed on the support substrate 11 to convert an X-ray 16 incident from outside into light. The scintillator layer 13 is a fluorescent body that has Tl as an activator in CsI which is a halide. Defining the incident side of the X-ray 16 in the film thickness direction of the scintillator layer 13 as the incident side area A; and the opposite side of the incident side area A as the non-incident side area B; the density of the activator in the fluorescent body at incident side area A is 0.2 mass%±0.15 mass%, the density of the activator in the fluorescent body at the non-incident side area B is 1.6 mass%±0.4 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
