Title:
ベルト式無段変速機の冷却構造
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6770546
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a cooling structure of a belt-type continuously variable transmission capable of easily discharging cooling air and improving distribution efficiency of the cooling air.SOLUTION: In a cooling structure of a belt-type continuously variable transmission in which a belt-type continuously variable transmission 40 including a driving pulley 41 to which driving force is transmitted from a crank shaft 20 of an internal combustion engine E, a driven pulley 48 for transmitting power to a driving wheel 15, and a V-belt 45 suspended between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, is housed in a belt chamber 55 formed between a transmission case 30 integrally extended to a rear part from the internal combustion engine, and a transmission case cover 60 covering the transmission case from an outer side in a vehicle width direction, the driving pulley includes a cooling fan 44 directed to a vehicle outer side, and the transmission case cover 60 is provided with a cooling air introduction port 61 formed in opposition to the cooling fan for introducing cooling air to the belt chamber, a rib 100 extended in a vehicle longitudinal direction and reaching a rear part over an outer edge of the driving pulley is disposed on the transmission case in a manner of being projected toward the transmission case cover.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
