PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a radio communication device under an environment in which positional information cannot be obtained, to obtain positional information from a device having a relay function.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system according to the present invention, a radio communication device for generating its positional information by receiving positional information transmitted by a transmitter includes means for transmitting the positional information to another radio communication device, and the other radio communication device includes means that can generate its positional information by receiving the positional information on the radio communication device if the other radio communication device is outside of a transmission area of the transmitter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
