Abstract:
To disclose a new type field-installed vent cap construction method according to the present invention.SOLUTION: A field-installed vent cap construction device includes a base and a main body, in which: a first rotary housing is installed in an upper end face of the base; a power transmission housing is installed in a lower end wall of the first rotary housing; a first rotary shaft extending upward is engaged with and connected to a lower end wall of the power transmission housing by rotation; a first angle gear is fixed and installed on an outer surface of the first rotary shaft; a first power housing is installed in a left end wall of the power transmission housing; a pneumatic cylinder is fixed and installed in a left end wall of the first power housing; a slide block is connected to a right end of a pneumatic rod of the pneumatic cylinder with power; the slide block is engaged with and connected to the first power housing by sliding; and an electric motor is fixed and installed in a right end face of the slide block. The device according to the present invention has a simple structure, and is conveniently used and improved in equal-angle bending efficiency and precision at two short-distance places of reinforcing bars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
