Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a prediction error of a power generation amount.SOLUTION: A power amount prediction device 100 generates a boundary value 143 on the basis of a prediction amount of solar radiation in weather prediction/actual past data 141 and an actual amount of solar radiation. The power amount prediction device 100 estimates if a prediction error of the amount of solar radiation swings to an increase direction or a decrease direction by comparing a clearness index of an object date with the boundary value 143. The power amount prediction device 100 specifies a prediction error of the amount of solar radiation, which satisfies a guarantee probability in the estimated direction, and determines a prediction error of a power generation amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
