To allow for accurately assessing effectiveness of advertisement content to a user.SOLUTION: An information processing device of the present invention comprises an acquisition unit, identification unit, and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires location information indicative of a location of a user. The identification unit uses the location information acquired by the acquisition unit to identify actions taken by the user from among step-by-step actions toward a predetermined action.
