PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oligopoly of delivered advertisements.SOLUTION: A selection unit 51 of a charge amount computation device 5 ranks a plurality of candidate advertisements to be delivered to a user terminal based on information on the advertisements, and selects an advertisement to be delivered based on the ranking. A charge amount computation unit 52 determines an amount of charge for the advertisement selected by the selection unit 51 based on a first amount, which is a bid amount for the selected advertisement, and a second amount, which is a bid amount for an advertisement ranked predetermined notches lower than the selected advertisement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
