Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain structure of a vehicle air conditioner which can drain condensed water discharged from an air conditioner to the outside of a vehicle in a proper manner at a normal time and smoothly, unfailingly deploy a curtain shield airbag during a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A drain structure of a vehicle air conditioner includes: a curtain shield airbag 41 which is housed between a vehicle body interior 2 and a roof side rail 12 and deploys to a vehicle lower side during a vehicle collision; an air conditioning unit 31 housed between the vehicle body interior 2 and a roof panel and having a drain port 316 which drains condensed water; a ceiling drain pipe 34 having a first end part 341 connected with the air conditioning unit 31 and a second end part 342 positioned at an opposite side of the first end part 341; and a socket 36 which is positioned at the vehicle lower side relative to the drain port 316 and detachably connects the second end part 342 of the ceiling drain pipe 34. The ceiling drain pipe 34 is disposed passing through a space between the vehicle body interior 2 and the curtain shield airbag 41 and meandering in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
