Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage genomic variation information and disease management information without duplication.SOLUTION: When genomic variation information created by gene analysis of a patient is acquired, a data base in which genomic variation information and disease related information are stored in correlation is referred to, determination is made as to whether or not the same genomic variation information as the acquired genomic variation information is registered in the database, and when it is determined that the same genomic variation information is not registered, the acquired genomic variation information is registered in the database. When disease related information that corresponds to any genomic variation information in an other database in which genomic variation information and disease related information are stored in correlation is updated, the updated disease related information is acquired, and the disease related information stored in correlation to the genomic variation information stored in the same database as any genomic variation information is updated on the basis of the updated disease related information that is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
