Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output circuit characteristic adjustment device capable of adjusting input/output circuit characteristics into target characteristics when an adjustment screw is fastened by a nut.SOLUTION: An input/output circuit characteristic adjustment device comprises a rotation angle control part, a fastening control part, a characteristic curve acquisition part, a non-fastening characteristic adjustment part, a shift angle storage part, and a pre-fastening rotation angle adjustment part. The rotation angle control part controls a rotation angle of an adjustment screw. The fastening control part controls fastening of a nut. The characteristic curve acquisition part acquires a characteristic curve indicating a relationship between the rotation angle of the adjustment screw and characteristics of an input/output circuit in a non-fastened state. The non-fastening characteristic adjustment part adjusts the rotation angle of the adjustment screw in the non-fastened state into a target adjustment point on the characteristic curve. The shift angle storage part converts a characteristic change amount in the case where the nut is fastened at the target adjustment point, into a change amount of the rotation angle in the characteristic curve and stores the angle as a shift angle. The pre-fastening rotation angle adjustment part adjusts the rotation angle of the adjustment screw into a pre-fastening rotation angle that is determined based on the target adjustment point and the shift angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
