Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform for biaxial drawing blow molding of a synthetic resin heat-resistant container which is designed to improve shock resistance of a neck ring formed at a lower end of a thermally crystallized opening so as to prevent the neck ring from missing.SOLUTION: A connection part 5 is formed along a circumferential direction between a neck ring 22 and a trunk 3. The connection part 5 continuously extends smoothly from a lower surface of the neck ring 22 toward the trunk 3 while curving downward to an upper end of the trunk 3. In a vertical cross section passing through an axis of a preform 1, an upper end side of an outer peripheral surface of the connection part 5 is formed into a circular arc shape having a radius of curvature of 0.7-2.0 mm which is smoothly continuous with the lower surface of the neck ring 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
