Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable cargo receiving base lifting device capable of restraining reduction in smoothness of storage operation of a cargo receiving base resulting from occurrence of an unnecessary re-lifting operation.SOLUTION: A retractable cargo receiving base lifting device 4 comprises a cargo receiving base 5, a slider 9 which moves along a guide rail 8 provided in a lower part of a vehicle, a slide cylinder 14 for moving the slider 9, arms 17-19 liftably connecting the cargo receiving base 5 relative to the slider 9, and a lift cylinder 20 for lifting and lowering the cargo receiving base 5. The retractable cargo receiving base lifting device 4 comprises a gate sensor 56 for detecting a vertical position of the cargo receiving base and a control device 45 for controlling the lift cylinder 20 and the slide cylinder 14. When storing the cargo receiving base 5, the control device 45 lifts the cargo receiving base 5 to an intermediate area in a set height range by continuously driving the lift cylinder 20 for set time T0 from a time when it is detected that the cargo receiving base 5 has reached a lower limit of the set height range based on a signal from the gate sensor 56, after which pulls in the cargo receiving base 5 by driving the slide cylinder 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
