Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect each part arranged in a housing case at the time of collision.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle battery comprises: a holding frame having a frame-like part and fixed to a vehicle body; a housing case held by the holding frame in a state inserted in the frame-like part, and that has a front face wall part, a rear face wall part, right and left lateral face wall parts, and a bottom face part; a battery module stored in the housing case and in which a battery cell is arranged; a fixing frame arranged on an upper surface of the bottom face part, attached with the battery module, and that compensates strength in back and forth directions of the bottom face part; a reinforcement member attached to the front face wall part and the right and left lateral face wall parts; a deflection prevention member attached to outer surfaces of the front face wall part, the rear face wall part and the bottom face part of the housing case; and a front corner reinforcement frame that has at the inside of the housing case a first front reinforcement part attached so as to stride over the front face wall part and the bottom face part, and a pair of second front reinforcement parts attached so as to stride over the right and left lateral face wall parts and the front face wall part and located separately from each other in right and left directions. The second front reinforcement parts and the reinforcement member are coupled with each other, and the first front reinforcement part and the fixing frame are coupled with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
