Abstract:
To provide a fluorescence X-ray analyzer with which, when finding the concentration of each component in a sample prepared in a glass bead, it is possible to perform sufficiently accurate quantitative analysis even when there is variation in the composition of the sample within the same kind.SOLUTION: A fluorescence X-ray analyzer includes quantification means for finding, with respect to a sample prepared in a glass bead, a coefficient of absorption excitation correction and a coefficient of dilution ratio correction in a micro fluctuation correction formula regarding a calibration curve formula, finding a coefficient of dilution ratio correction in an intensity correction formula and a coefficient of absorption excitation correction in the absorption excitation correction term of the calibration curve formula, and directly correcting a dilution ratio for measured intensity in the intensity correction formula, as well as correcting absorption excitation in the absorption excitation term of the calibration curve formula.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
