Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that enables a user to easily remove jammed paper when an external storage device is attached thereto.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: an opening/closing member that is movably supported with a rotation shaft as the center supported by an apparatus body between an opening position to open a conveyance path for conveying sheets and a closing position to close the conveyance path; and a storage device that stores sheets and is removably connected to the apparatus body. When the opening/closing member moves to the opening position, an outer surface of the opening/closing member is brought into contact with one end of a side surface of the storage device and pushes out the storage device in a direction separating from the apparatus body with the rotation shaft as a fulcrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
