Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure cooker that suppresses pressurization when locking of a cooking container and a lid body is in an incomplete state.SOLUTION: A pressure cooker includes a cooking container, a lid body for openably/closably covering an upper opening of the cooking container, a lock mechanism for fixing a state that the lid body covers the upper opening of the cooking container, a lock operation part for bringing the lock mechanism into a fixed state or a non-fixed state in response to an operation, which is displaced or deformed between a first state in which the lock mechanism is brought into the fixed state, and a second state in which the lock mechanism is brought into the non-fixed state, a lock state detection part for detecting whether the lock mechanism is in the fixed state or in the non-fixed state, a pressure adjustment valve for adjusting the pressure in the cooking container, an operation part for receiving an instruction operation for start of cooking, and a notification part for outputting first information for prompting a check on whether the lock operation part is in the first state or in the second state in both a case where the lock state detection part detects the fixed state of the lock mechanism, and a case where it detects the non-fixed state, when the operation part receives the instruction operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
