Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device of a rubber member for a tire in which adhesion to an upper press belt of a rubber strip can be prevented, the rubber strip is supplied to an intended position on a molding drum with high accuracy, and degree of dispersion of sticking pitches can be reduced even when force in a lateral direction is applied.SOLUTION: In a molding device of a rubber member for a tire in which a belt-shaped rubber strip is spirally wound on a molding drum and attached to form the rubber member for the tire by supplying the belt-shaped rubber strip through an applicator, the applicator includes an applicator belt for transporting the rubber strip toward the molding drum and an upper press belt disposed facing the applicator belt and for pressing the rubber strip to the applicator belt. In the molding device of the rubber member for the tire, a smooth surface having a lateral stripe perpendicular to a rotation direction of the upper press belt on the outer peripheral surface of the upper press belt is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
