Abstract:

To provide a key telephone system which can lighten a load in recording an operation time for each work.SOLUTION: An exchanger 10 comprises: a by-employee telephone number table 104b in which a telephone number of an IP telephone used by each employee is registered in advance; and a by-work telephone number table 104a in which a telephone number for specifying each work for which each employee performs operation is registered in advance. If calling and disconnection are made to a telephone number corresponding to a work from a telephone used by an employee when the employee starts the work, the exchanger identifies a work for which an employee of a transmission source starts operation, and records a start time of the work in a work history record table 104c as a work history of each employee. After that, if calling and disconnection are made to a telephone number corresponding to a work other than the work, the exchanger records a time counted from the start time of the work as an operation time, or records a time when calling and disconnection are made in the work history record table as an end time of the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
