Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias cut device which can form a V-belt having a smooth belt side face.SOLUTION: A bias cut device comprises: at least two shafts which can wind a belt in a belt peripheral length direction while adding a tensile force onto the belt; a shaft drive part which can drive one of the shafts; a blade located in an outer peripheral space of the belt wound between the shafts; and a mover mechanism which can freely move the blade in a direction in which the blade obliquely approaches with respect to a portion of the belt circulated between the shafts, which are wound on the shafts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
