Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an automatic analyzer becoming incapable of analyzing partial inspection items gives an alarm to notify an operating inspection engineer, but it is difficult to determine whether an operation state of the analyzer should be stopped immediately; if the operation state is continued, a plurality of specimens leaving the inspection items that cannot be analyzed as uninspected occur here and there.SOLUTION: An automatic analyzer includes communication means for communicating between an inspection chamber information system and an operation unit. The operation unit sequentially transmits state information (analysis disabled items) on the automatic analyzer to a LIS via the communication means, and thereby when the analyzer is in a state of being unable to analyze partial inspection items due to the occurrence of abnormality or the like, the operation unit can easily, reliably and efficiently perform operation to re-input the specimen together with a rack into another automatic analyzer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
