Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure roll in which a liquid component does not leak in rotation, and in which no poor appearance occurs when applying a liquid component with high viscosity.SOLUTION: In a recess 20, plural partition walls 30 are provided at a constant interval so as to face in a direction where the recess 20 extends. An edge part of each partition wall 30 is connected to a bottom part 20a of the recess 20 and a side face 21b of a recess wall 21 demarcating the recess 20. On the other hand, the whole body of an opened edge part 30a not connected to the bottom part 20a and the side face 21b of the edge part of each partition wall 30 is positioned closer to the bottom part 20a side than the opened edge part 21a not connected to any of the edge part of the recess wall 21, and closer to the opened edge part 21a side than the bottom part 20a in a depth direction of the recess 20. Namely, the partition wall 30 insulates an area in the recess 20 on both sides thereof, and two insulated areas communicate on an upper side of the opened edge part 30a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
