Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination appointment system capable of reserving an examination efficiently.SOLUTION: An examination appointment system 2A is provided with: a calculating unit for calculating a staying time based on a difference between the leaving time and the entry time by acquiring the time when a subject of an examination entered an examination room and the time of leaving the examination room every time a hospital examination is carried out; an average staying time storage unit for storing an average value of staying times as an average staying time for each of the same condition parameter patterns by executing the process associating the staying time with a condition parameter pattern which is a combination of a plurality of information items relating to staying time among subject information on the subject and information on examination of the subject, every time an examination is performed; and a vacant frame searching unit for extracting a time frame in which an examination room can be used as a vacant frame based on a predicted staying time by acquiring the average staying time of the condition parameter pattern closest to the condition parameter pattern of the unreserved subject from the average staying time storage unit as a predicted staying time of the unreserved subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
