Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rush current of a DC/DC converter.SOLUTION: A phase compensation circuit 90 that compensates a phase of a first voltage VC inputted to a PWM comparator 60 of a DC/DC converter 1 adopting a current mode control system, comprises a phase compensation resistance part 91 and a phase compensation capacitance part 92. One of the phase compensation resistance part 91 and the phase compensation capacitance part 92 includes a plurality of resistors or capacitors. At least one ground side node of the plurality of resistors or capacitors is applied with an output voltage Vo or an input voltage Vi of the DC/DC converter 1 as a monitoring target voltage. For example, the phase compensation capacitance part 92 includes: a capacitor C4 whose first end is connected with a ground end; and a capacitor C5 whose first end is connected with an application end of the monitoring target voltage. The phase compensation resistance part 91 includes a resistor whose first end is connected with an input end of the PWM comparator 60 and whose second end is connected with second ends of the capacitors C4 and C5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
