Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant attachment jig capable of being easily attached when attached in an annular groove provided in the inner wall of a rod head.SOLUTION: A sealant attachment jig comprises a guide jig 100 and a push-in jig 200, where a hollow inner wall face 120 has a shape of narrowing from one end side to the other end side; further, a projection amount of an inward projecting plate-like guide wall 130 from the hollow inner wall face 120 is so provided as to become gradually larger from one end side to the other end side. The push-in jig 200 is so provided as to extend from one face of a discoidal push-in plate and comprises: a pair of slide walls, pushed in along both side faces of the guide walls 130 when the sealant 20 is pushed in to the side of the rod head 40; and a push-in member so provided as to extend from one face of the push-in plate and so pushed in as to be elastically deformable inward along the holle inner wall face 120 when the sealant 20 is pushed in to the side of the rod head 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
