Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool for a vertical type mill which removes a chemical compound adhering to an inner wall of the vertical type mill.SOLUTION: A cleaning tool 10 includes: a main pipe 1; and a nozzle 2. The main pipe 1 curves so as to move along an inner wall of a crushing part 92. Compressed air and a polishing material S are supplied to a base end part of the main pipe 1. The nozzle 2 is detachably attached to a tip part of the main pipe 1. The main pipe 1 has a first bending part 31, which is bent substantially perpendicularly to an extending direction of the main pipe 1, at the tip part. The nozzle 2 has a second bending part 21 and an injection port 21v. The second bending part 21 bends in an outer periphery direction of the main pipe 1. The polishing material S is injected from the injection port 21v. In a state where the injection port 21v is disposed facing the inner wall of the crushing part 92, the cleaning tool 10 is moved along the inner wall of the crushing part 92 while jetting the polishing material S from the injection port 21v to easily remove a chemical compound Ph adhering to the inner wall of the crushing part 92 which is disposed facing a partition wall 94w.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
