Abstract:
To provide a commodity data registration device and a program which do not proceed to giving change and printing a receipt even when a deposited amount is larger than a total sales amount.SOLUTION: A commodity data registration device, which is connected to an accounting device allowing a customer to operate the same for settling a commodity transaction through a network, comprises: identification information determination means which determines identification information to identify an input commodity; calculation means which calculates a total amount pertaining to the commodity transaction from sales data on the basis of the determined identification information; money coupon amount input means which receives input of an amount of one or more money coupon; determination means which determines whether or not the input amount is equal to or higher than the calculated total amount; change calculation means which calculates the amount of change on the basis of the amount of money coupon and the total amount when determining that the input amount of money coupon is equal to or higher than the calculated total amount; and transmission means which transmits transaction data including the calculated amount of the change, the sales data and the total amount to the accounting device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
