PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote diagnostic aid system that can encourage examinees in remote diagnosis to ameliorate their lifestyle.SOLUTION: The remote diagnostic aid system comprises a medical bill determination unit 114 using medical record information to: recognize a target behavior of a subject examinee P; transmit the target behavior to a first user terminal 3; recognize a degree of compliance of the subject examinee P with respect to the target behavior included in the medical record information; and, if the degree of compliance is greater than or equal to a prescribed degree of compliance, determine a relevant medical bill for the subject examinee P to be less than or equal to the medical bill where the degree of compliance is less than the prescribed degree of compliance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
