Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous resin molded body having hole diameters distributed with a tilt, a resin composition used for manufacturing the same, and a conductive porous resin molded body having hole diameters distributed with a tilt.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a tilt porous resin molded body includes mixing a prepolymer having fluidity and at least 2 kinds of water soluble particles having different sedimentation rates in the prepolymer and dispersing the water soluble particles in the prepolymer (dispersion process), sedimenting the water soluble particles dispersed in the prepolymer with gravity or centrifugal force (sedimentation process), curing the prepolymer (curing process) and dissolving and removing the water soluble particles in the cured prepolymer with water (particle dissolving process). The tilt porous resin molded body obtained thereby has hole diameters distributed with a tilt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
