Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of maintaining good appearance while reducing a cost of a ceiling panel.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a ceiling panel mounted to a lower end of an indoor unit so as to overlap with a ceiling surface and having panel piece sections on which blowout ports for blowing out air to a space to be air-conditioned are opened; and ceiling panel-supported louvers each having a flat shape and supported by the ceiling panel so as to be rotatable between a closing position for closing the blowout port and an opening position for opening the blowout port. The panel piece section includes an edge that defines an outline of the ceiling panel. The louver has a size that can fully cover the panel piece section from a lower side while rotated to the closing position. A wind direction guide erected from a leading end edge of the louver covers the edge of the panel piece section when the louver is rotated to the closing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
