Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of suppressing reduction in heat dissipation of heat transfer plates, even if there is a shift in the mutual positions of multiple heat transfer plates, and to provide a manufacturing method of a battery module.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a battery module includes a step of measuring the distance L from a virtual surface F, i.e., the mounting surface of a housing 11 on which a battery module 21 is mounted, to the facing surface 43a of the extension 43 of each transfer plate 41, a derivation step of deriving the number of heat dissipation sheets 45 arranged in the extension 43 of each transfer plate 41, according to the size of the distance L measured by the measuring step, and an arrangement step of arranging the heat dissipation sheets 45, of the number derived by the derivation step, in the extension 43 of each transfer plate 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
