PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve installation workability.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device in an embodiment includes: a casing; a connection component; and a decorative cover. The casing is disposed in a rear part of an upper plane of a toilet bowl and houses a function part. The connection component is a component for outside connection in the function part and is disposed close to a through hole which is formed at right or left side in the upper plane of the toilet bowl in the casing.
